We support students and families with a wide range of services designed to make the school day smoother, healthier, and more enriching. From free meals and counseling to tutoring and transportation, we are committed to helping every child succeed in and out of the classroom.

Before & After School Care

Our extended day partnerships help working families manage their schedules with confidence.

  • Day care transportation partnerships with Horizon Education Center (West 25th), Growing Leaders (Clark Ave), Merrick House (Starkweather), and Horizon Daycare (Columbus Ave) (fees may apply)

Counseling

Students have access to school-based counseling and emotional support services that promote mental wellness and resilience.

  • Provided in partnership with the Say Yes program and Serenity Health
  • In-school services include art therapy, individual counseling, and behavior interventions

Family Resources

We connect families with helpful resources that strengthen support at home and school.

  • Family First wraparound services offer behavior support and home-based interventions that continue through the summer
  • Food pantry available monthly through Cleveland Food Bank (1st Monday of every month)
  • On-campus social worker available to help connect families to community resources

Food Services

Nutritious meals are served daily, with free breakfast and lunch available to all enrolled students.


Health & Dental

On-site vision and hearing screenings help keep students healthy and ready to learn.


Tutoring, Saturday School & Summer Programs

We offer targeted academic support to help every student stay on track and reach their goals.

  • Tutoring available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 5 PM for Grades 3 through 12
  • Additional tutoring and academic support provided by Serenity Health through art therapy
  • Summer school available for Grade 3
  • Summer sports camps available

Transportation

Safe, reliable transportation is available to qualifying families.

  • Grades K–8: Yellow bus transportation through CMSD (within one to three miles)
  • Grades 9–12: RTA bus pass with student photo (for Cleveland residents; cards typically arrive within three days)

Parent Involvement Opportunities

Parents are invited to participate in the school community through events, classroom support, and monthly meetings.

  • Join parent meetings (in person or via Zoom)
